At Hosaka Family Dental, we hope that dental care is affordable for everyone whether you live in Smyrna, Atlanta, and beyond. We work with a variety of payment options and dental insurances to make the financial part of dentistry easy.
At Hosaka Family Dental, we are able to accept cash and all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Many patients also use their Health Saving Account (HSA) and Flexible Saving Account (FSA) for their dental treatment.
We ask that our patients pay for completed dental services on the day of their visit to our dental office.
Dental Insurance Plans
To help make your dental treatment affordable, we try to work with many dental insurance plans. Hosaka Family Dental can accept most PPO type dental insurances. Most PPO dental insurances will allow you to choose the dentist in Smyrna you would like to see for your dental care. We are not able to accept Medicaid or HMO type dental insurances. These insurances assign a dentist to you.
We are in-network with most plans from the following insurance companies:
Metlife, Cigna, GEHA, Guardian, Careington, Lincoln Financial, BlueCross BlueShield (certain states), Mutual of Omaha, United Healthcare, Renaissance, plus many others.
Since there are thousands of different insurance plans, including several variations of plans under the same company, please email or call us with your plan so we can check your plan.
